Thinkiyo provides custom AI development, workflow automation, and related technical services to clients. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or Proposal document agreed upon by both parties.
Upon full payment, all custom code, documentation, and systems built for you under a project become your property. We retain the right to use general techniques, frameworks, and methodologies developed during engagements in future projects.
Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before work commences, with the balance due upon delivery. Late payments may result in work being paused.
We treat all client information — business processes, data, systems, and materials shared with us — as confidential. We will not disclose this information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
Our liability is limited to the value of the project fees paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of systems we build. It is the client's responsibility to test and validate systems in their environment before production use.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
