2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, company name, and details about your workflows — when you book an Automation Audit, contact us via email, or submit a form on this website. We also collect standard analytics data (page views, referral sources) via privacy-respecting analytics tools.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, deliver our services, send proposals and project-related communications, and improve our website and offerings. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data retention

We retain your contact information for as long as necessary to deliver our services and maintain our business records. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@thinkiyo.com.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies and tracking technologies to understand how the site is used and to improve it. You will see a banner on your first visit asking you to accept or reject these. Until you accept, no analytics or advertising scripts run.

• PostHog (product analytics): anonymous page views, click events, and optional session recordings with all input fields masked. Used to see which pages help and where visitors get stuck. You can opt out at any time by clearing the cookie banner choice from your browser storage.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel: tracks page views to allow us to retarget ads on Facebook and Instagram. Loads only after you accept the consent banner.
• Strictly necessary: a small localStorage flag remembering your consent choice. This is always set, regardless of your selection.

6. Third-party services

Our website uses Cal.com for booking, Resend for email delivery, Prisma + Neon Postgres for our CRM, and standard hosting infrastructure via Vercel. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing data they handle.

7. Data retention

Contact form and booking data is retained for as long as the engagement is active. If we do not work together, the file is deleted within 12 months. Analytics data is retained for 12 months by PostHog. You may request deletion at any time.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Under GDPR / UK GDPR / Australian Privacy Principles you also have the right to data portability and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@thinkiyo.com.
