AI Automation for Education

From inquiry to graduation, education runs on documentation, communication, and follow-through. Rapport runs admissions and the student relationship, Assembly manages open days and events, and Cadence handles social publishing. You own all three outright, deployed in your own cloud with unlimited seats for every counsellor and educator.

The reality on the ground

Education institutions face declining enrolment in many sectors paired with rising administrative complexity. Response speed during the inquiry-to-enrolment window is one of the strongest predictors of conversion, and admin overhead during enrolment drives student dropoff before classes even begin. Owning the systems that run admissions and communication, rather than renting per-seat tools for every counsellor, keeps the whole lifecycle fast and the cost flat as the institution grows.

Common workflows we automate

Where teams in education bleed time

Admissions and enrolment

Inquiry-to-enrolment workflows automated end to end, with personalized communication at every stage and intelligent routing for inquiries that need human attention.

Student lifecycle communication

Onboarding, term reminders, payment notifications, and engagement sequences across SMS, email, and student portals. Built around your academic calendar.

Faculty and operations support

Course materials distribution, attendance tracking, internal communications, and operational reporting. AI handling the admin so educators handle the teaching.

The products for Education teams

For education teams, the products are yours to own. You deploy them in your own cloud or self-host them, run them with unlimited seats, and keep your data on infrastructure you control. One owned system replaces a stack of subscriptions. Book a demo to see the products on your own workflows.

Questions, answered

What people ask before we start

Can the products integrate with student information systems (SIS) like PowerSchool, Banner, Workday Student?

Yes. Rapport and Assembly connect to the major SIS platforms. Where API access is permitted they build directly, and where it is not they use middleware patterns. Everything runs in your own cloud.

How do you handle FERPA, GDPR, or local equivalent education data privacy regulations?

Because you own the products and deploy them in your own cloud, student data stays on infrastructure you control. Builds respect FERPA in the US, GDPR in the EU and UK, and the Australian Privacy Principles. Data residency is a hard constraint, not an afterthought.

Is this only for higher ed, or does it work for K-12 and training providers?

It works across the spectrum, from registered training organizations and bootcamps to K-12 schools and universities. The products are the same; you configure them to your calendar and enrolment motion.
