An out-of-home media operator running transit and street-furniture inventory
Out-of-home media has always sold on estimates. This operator wanted to sell on evidence. We built a live platform that tracks every vehicle and panel, counts real exposure, and ties it back to the campaigns brands are paying for.
Representative engagement. Numbers are directional outcomes typical of builds of this type, not figures from a single named client account.
The operator ran a fleet of vehicle-mounted and street-side ad inventory, but reported on it with traffic estimates and rate cards. Brands increasingly wanted proof: where did my campaign actually run, how many people saw it, and which routes performed. The data existed across GPS units and cameras, but it lived in silos and nobody had stitched it into anything a brand could trust.
We pulled the live signals into one place and built the intelligence layer on top. GPS tracks where every asset went; computer vision on camera feeds estimates real audience exposure by location and time of day; and an attribution model ties exposure to specific campaigns and routes. The result is a live operations map for the operator and a verified-impressions dashboard for their advertisers.
The operator now sells verified reach instead of estimates, which changed the conversation with every advertiser. Dispatch and route planning run off the same live data. Brands renew because they can finally see what they paid for, and the operator owns a data asset no competitor on rate cards can match.
We went from selling a guess to selling a number we could stand behind. That is worth more than any discount.
