An independent production house and branded-content studio
The studio shipped great work slowly. Scripts, breakdowns, boards, and feedback lived in a dozen tools and a hundred email threads. We built a single production OS where the script drives everything downstream, and AI does the first pass on the parts that always took the longest.
Representative engagement. Numbers are directional outcomes typical of builds of this type, not figures from a single named client account.
Every project restarted the same scramble. Someone broke the script down by hand into scenes, characters, and shots. Storyboards were commissioned or sketched from scratch. Review happened over scattered links with timecodes pasted into emails, and notes got lost between versions. The creative was strong; the machine around it leaked time at every joint.
We made the script the source of truth and built the pipeline outward from it. The system breaks a script into a structured shot list automatically, drafts storyboard frames the team can refine, and pulls every review into one timeline where comments pin to the exact frame. AI handles the repetitive first pass: the breakdown, the rough boards, the matching of footage to shots. The filmmakers spend their time directing, not collating.
Pre-production that used to take weeks now takes days, because the breakdown and first boards arrive ready to refine. Review stopped living in email. Clients see a single link instead of a thread, and the studio takes on more projects without the coordination tax that used to cap them. They own the platform and run it themselves.
The breakdown and the first boards used to eat the front of every project. Now they show up done enough to argue with on day one.
