We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company name, and details about your workflows, when you book a demo, contact us via email, or submit a form on this website. We also collect standard analytics data (page views, referral sources) via privacy-respecting analytics tools.

We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, deliver our services, send proposals and project-related communications, and improve our website and offerings. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Data retention
We retain your contact information for as long as necessary to deliver our services and maintain our business records. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@thinkiyo.com.
6. Third-party services
Our website uses Cal.com for booking, Resend for email delivery, Prisma + Neon Postgres for our CRM, and standard hosting infrastructure via Vercel. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing data they handle.
7. Data retention
Contact form and booking data is retained for as long as the engagement is active. If we do not work together, the file is deleted within 12 months. Analytics data is retained for 12 months by PostHog. You may request deletion at any time.
