Data you control

Attendees, vendors, bids and work orders in your own database.

What is Assembly?

Assembly is an event management system from Thinkiyo for agencies and promoters, covering attendees and vendors in one record per event. It is coming soon.

When can I start using Assembly?

Assembly is coming soon and is not yet generally available. Join the waitlist and the Thinkiyo team will contact you when early access opens.

How do vendors take part in Assembly?

You publish a public or invite-only tender for each category, and vendors apply with an amount, a timeline and a cover note. You negotiate in logged rounds, and awarding a vendor generates a work order PDF and a payment record.

Who owns the attendee and vendor data?

You do. Assembly runs in your cloud or self-hosted, and every attendee and vendor record sits in your own database.

Does Assembly message attendees or vendors on its own?

No. A person on your team approves anything that goes out to attendees or vendors, including reminders, follow-ups and tender invites.
