Every item is checked against how it left, so only new damage reaches the bill.

  1. Each item on the booking is checked back in.
  2. Its condition is compared with the pickup log.
  3. A change is flagged against this booking.
  4. The deposit is held until it is settled, and a note waits for approval.

What is Keyring?

Keyring is a rental management system from Thinkiyo for equipment rental houses, covering inventory, bookings, contracts, deposits, check-in and billing. It is coming soon.

When can I start using Keyring?

Keyring is coming soon and is not yet generally available. Join the waitlist and the Thinkiyo team will contact you when early access opens.

How does Keyring stop double bookings?

Keyring checks every new booking against the active bookings for that item. If the dates overlap a reserved, picked up or overdue booking, it is refused and you see which booking is in the way.

How does Keyring handle damage and deposits?

Condition is logged with a timestamp at check-out and check-in, so damage is tied to the booking it happened on. The deposit stays recorded against the booking until you release it.

Who owns the rental data?

You do. Keyring runs in your cloud or self-hosted, and your inventory, renters and bookings sit in your own database.

Stop counting. Start renting.
