What is COMBO?

COMBO is gamified loyalty for restaurants, cafes, bars and QSR chains. Guests earn points on every bill, play games for prizes, and get offers at the right moment, all in your brand.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. The rewards app opens in the phone's browser from a QR code, and guests sign in with their email.

How do points get onto a member's account?

Staff scan the member's code and type the bill, or the guest uploads a photo of the receipt for approval. A direct link to your till is planned, not live yet.

How do you stop people gaming the rewards?

The server picks every game prize. Reward codes work once, the member code changes every 60 seconds, and the same receipt cannot be claimed twice.

How does COMBO bring lapsed guests back?

COMBO tracks each member's last visit. Thirty days after it, a we-miss-you message goes out by email to members who opted in, and to their app inbox.

Can it work across several venues?

Yes. Points, rewards and the member list are shared across the group, and each venue gets its own scanner, offers and numbers on the dashboard.
