We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company name, and details about your workflows, when you book a demo, join a waitlist, contact us via email, or submit a form on this website.

We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, deliver our services, send proposals and project-related communications, and improve our website and offerings. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data retention

We retain your contact information for as long as necessary to deliver our services and maintain our business records. Contact form and booking data is retained for as long as the engagement is active. If we do not work together, the file is deleted within 12 months. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@thinkiyo.com.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website does not load analytics or advertising scripts and does not set cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

6. Third-party services

This website is hosted on Vercel. Messages sent through forms on this website are stored in our CRM on Neon Postgres and delivered to our team by email through Resend. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing data they handle.

7. Your rights
