The terms that apply when you use the SuperAgency website and work with Thinkiyo on SuperAgency.
1. About SuperAgency
SuperAgency is a Thinkiyo product. Thinkiyo is based in Perth, Western Australia. Screens and data shown on this website are examples.
2. Services
The specific scope, deliverables and timeline for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or Proposal document agreed upon by both parties.
3. Payment
Payment terms are specified in each proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before work commences, with the balance due upon delivery. Late payments may result in work being paused.
4. Confidentiality
We treat all customer information, business processes, data, systems, and materials shared with us as confidential. We will not disclose this information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
5. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the fees paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of systems we provide. It is the customer's responsibility to test and validate systems in their environment before production use.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
