How SuperAgency works: one workspace per client retainer

A walkthrough of SuperAgency for independent agencies: client workspaces, a white-label portal, AI agents with human review and live reporting.

SuperAgency is the operating system for independent creative and marketing agencies of roughly 10 to 100 people. Each client gets a workspace, a white-label portal and AI agents that report back for a person to review. Here is how it works.

1. One workspace per client

Every client gets its own workspace with:

  • Board, list, timeline and calendar views of the same tickets.
  • A social calendar.
  • Docs, such as brand voice and briefs.
  • Connections to the client's ad and analytics accounts.
  • The client portal.

Tickets carry IDs, assignees, due dates and sub-tickets, so a retainer's work lives in one place.

2. Today, across every client

An account director's home view shows work across every client: overdue items, items due today, items waiting on the client and agent work in progress. Late work can be pushed up the list before stand-up.

3. Clients approve in your branded portal

The portal is branded as your agency. Clients see only their own workspace: projects, docs, approvals, reports and messages with you. They can approve or comment on deliverables, and the approval is recorded on the work.

4. AI agents draft, then hand to a reviewer

You can assign a ticket to an AI agent. It does the work on the ticket, reports back and assigns a reviewer. For example, a content agent drafts three caption sets in a linked doc, grounded in the brand voice doc, then moves the ticket to "In review" for a named person.

Agents can also propose actions, such as boosting a post to locals within 5 km for a set budget. A person approves before anything runs. Agents cannot change a live ad account or post on their own, and every agent action is written to an audit log.

Agent runs can be scheduled, such as a weekly SEO check for several clients.

5. Reports from live client numbers

Connect each client's ad and analytics accounts, such as Google Ads, GA4, Meta, Search Console and SEMrush. Credentials sit in a vault, and reports read straight from those accounts. ROAS comes straight from the platforms, so there are no screenshot decks. Your team writes the commentary.

6. See capacity across the agency

An agency taskboard shows open work, late work and work done this week for each person, including agents, across every client. You can see who has room before you assign.

7. Ask questions about one client

You can ask questions about a single client. Answers draw on that client's docs and tickets, and stay private until shared.

A Wednesday for an account director

  • 9:00. A late GA4 report moves to the top of the list.
  • 10:15. Captions go to the content agent, which drafts three sets and asks Maya to review.
  • 12:30. A proposed boost waits for approval. Nothing touches the ad account until she approves.
  • 14:00. The client signs off in the portal.
  • 16:00. The monthly report pulls live numbers, and she writes the commentary.
  • 17:30. Tomorrow's scheduled agent runs are queued.

Trust and data

  • Runs in your own cloud account or servers, never a shared tenancy.
  • Data sits in your own database, isolated per agency and per client workspace, with credentials in a vault.
  • No post goes out and no spend moves until a person approves.
  • A Thinkiyo team sets it up, moves your clients across and stays on.

Works with other Thinkiyo products

  • Rapport: a won deal becomes a client workspace with its projects.
  • Mosaic: every account team works from the same client record.
  • Momentum: follow-up agents answer every new business lead.
